These terms are a contract between you and the operator of F1RaceDraft (www.f1racedraft.com). F1RaceDraft is operated by Blackbird Corporation. Privacy and legal contact: hello@blackbirdcorporation.com. Place of operation stated on the Site: Ireland. By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy and Cookies notices explain how we process information and use browser storage. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice by updating the date on this page and highlighting the change where appropriate. If you continue to use the Site after that notice, you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires a different process.

Fantasy is an independent fan game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, Formula One Group, Formula One Licensing B.V., the FIA, any team, driver, circuit, broadcaster, or sponsor.

Names, numbers, liveries, circuits, and event titles that appear on the Site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify real-world races so you can play a fantasy grid. That is not a claim that those owners back this Site, and it is not a licence for you to use their marks.

The Site is entertainment. Points, leagues, leaderboards, Lights Out, Pit Stop, Guess the Circuit, and Pit Lane Limiter are virtual. There is no entry fee, no stake, no betting, and no cash or prize of money value. Fantasy is not a bookmaker, casino, paid contest, or investment product.

Nothing on the Site is professional, financial, or gambling advice. Past results do not predict the next Grand Prix.

You must be 18 or over to use the Site, including browsing, playing the quick games, and creating an account. You must not use the Site where it is unlawful. One person, one account.

You are responsible for the email, username, and password you choose, and for activity on the account. Keep the password private. Usernames must not impersonate others, attack people, or use anyone else’s trade marks. We may reclaim or change a username that breaks this rule.

Weekend teams, championship picks, and league entries are stored so you can play from more than one device. Public boards may show your username, team name, and locked picks.

You pick teams under the rules shown on the Site (including lock times, slot caps, and league limits). Those rules can change between weekends. Picks typically lock shortly before lights out; after that you cannot change them.

Calendar, grids, and results come from third-party sources. They can be late, incomplete, or wrong. Live timing is not official. We may delay, withhold, or correct points if data is revised or if we reasonably believe there was an error, exploit, or abuse. We do not guarantee scoring, standings, or uptime.

Mini-games (Lights Out, Pit Stop, Guess the Circuit, Pit Lane Limiter) are skill toys on this device. Session scores are not official championship results.

You agree not to:

• cheat, script, scrape, or overload the Site;
• open extra accounts to game leagues or boards;
• harass other players or post unlawful, hateful, or sexual content;
• try to access other people’s accounts or our systems;
• copy, resell, or wrap the Site as if it were yours;
• use the Site for any real-money wager, sweepstake, or paid contest.

We may suspend, lock picks, remove league entries, reset scores, or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms were broken. We do not have to give a warning first where abuse or risk is involved.

The Site’s design, copy, code, and original graphics are ours or our licensors’. You get a personal, revocable licence to use the Site for fantasy play — nothing more.

You keep whatever rights you have in the username and picks you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and score them on the Site so the game can run. You confirm they do not infringe anyone else.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Race data, points, and “live” features may fail or disagree with official results.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost points, standings, data, goodwill, or chance to play, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we were told it might happen.

Our total liability to you for everything connected with the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Site in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero, because play is free) and (b) ten euro (€10).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law says cannot be limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory local rights stay in place.

You will indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Site from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent we caused the harm by our own fraud or wilful misconduct. The operator is Blackbird Corporation.

You may stop using the Site at any time. Delete the account from Account when signed in, or email hello@blackbirdcorporation.com. Using your account email helps us verify the request but is not an absolute requirement. We may stop offering all or part of the Site, including at season end, without liability to you. Surviving clauses (including fan-made status, no money play, “as is”, liability limits, and indemnity) continue after the account ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of your usual country of residence where the law gives you that right. The Site is built for fans worldwide; local consumer protections still apply where they cannot be waived.

If a court strikes out one part of these terms, the rest still applies. These terms are the whole agreement for use of the Site. We are not partners, and you may not assign your account. We may assign the Site to a successor operator.
